Search Engines: PCWorld examines the advertising content of search engines and finds all but Google remiss in informating users of what's what. Metasearchers like Metacrawler are especially guilty of not advising users about paid-placement entries. Excite is also very bad now but it doesn't seem to draw fire from any of the reviewers.
