Experts are Dave Farber at Carnegie Mellon, Brad Templeton - Electronic Frontier Foundation, Jakob Nielson - usability expert, Dave Crocker - once part of Arpanet. Problems are spam and viruses. Various solutions discussed were laws and enforcement of them, authentication of e-mail, traceability - but no one was hopeful there would be a fix anytime soon.
