Makeuseof has prepared several cheatsheets to help us work more quickly with shortcuts and commands when using our browsers, some software, iTunes, and other common uses.
The Google Search cheatsheet is a little out of date - define: doesn't work for getting definitions from the web; and several commands aren't worth the time spent typeing - inanchor, intext. Inurl is on the list for looking for terms in the url, but Google treats you as a hacker if you use it.
More useful are the shortcuts to browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera - where I learned how to quickly jump aroung tabs. There are also sheets to operating systems - Mac, Windows, Linux; and popular applications - Skype, for example.
