Use these guides as memory aids to the syntax rules and features of the leading search engines. To use these, you will need to have javascript enabled for your browser. If you have problems check the browser settings under either Preferences or Options.
First, open the guide, then open the search engine.
Click on one of the buttons above to open the guide you want. The guide will open as a long rectangular window at the left side of your screen. You can resize this with your mouse - just grab and corner and pull.
There will be a link to the search engine near the top. Click on the link and the search engine page will come up in a new window to the right. Move the windows and resize them for best viewing on your monitor.
You may also print these pages. Click on the open Guide window with the right mouse button - select Print.
